It marks the 24th Anniverary of my Twin Cities, Minnesota migration into another "MentorshipART" role as LCDR-USNR, Ret!
This phase of my life's journey (so far) began in Division A-703 (OCUI-2) at NAVOCS ...
A-703 was formed based upon our self-selected arrival times at US Naval Base Newport, RI during Sept-1966 ...
It was also my first "hands-on" encounter
with naval "Social Network Analysis" (SNA) Knowledge Management/Social Engineering (KM/SE) applications!
This leading "SNA-indicator" seems to have been correlated with risk-tolerance, self-esteem plus personal time-management skills ...
Since then, I've often wondered if these skills helped our NAVOCS "Mock Crew" blend cultural "ATTITUDE" with native "APTITUDE" & to learn the practical/tactical "ABILITY" for ADAPTing these key Situational Awareness traits?
