summer seminar series at Knox College here on campus, called,
Searching For Meaning in a Culture of Information Abundance .

and our place in contemporary technology and society?

How shall we assess the introduction
of specific technologies?

This course will present and illustrate diverse strategies
for reflecting on our technologies in relation to our humanity,
including our identities, our values, our communities
and our responsibilities as social actors living in a
highly developed technological environment.
